Raymond Perry – Founder & Managing Partner
Mr. Perry transitioned from a successful 25+ year investment banking career, focused on the energy sector in 2008, into commercial energy management consulting. As a result, he was able to leverage his energy market and risk management experience. In addition, he helped build a successful solar energy company in central NJ.
After completing the Green Technology Program offered at the Rutgers School of Engineering, Mr. Perry launched NJGEC in 2013. NJGEC provides holistic energy management planning for companies of all sizes on a local, regional, and national scale. Shortly after launching NJGEC, Mr. Perry noticed a pattern where many of his sustainable energy clients were engaged in underperforming supply contracts. At the request of its largest client, NJGEC added energy sourcing to its business portfolio. Consequently, NJGEC capitalized on Mr. Perry’s vast energy market and risk management experience.
Following an energy marketing conference in 2015, Mr. Perry was approached by several TEPA NE (The Energy Professionals Association) board members and invited to join the TEPA NE board where he proudly serves as co-chair of the education committee.
Robert Leech – Founder & Managing Partner
Bob is responsible for the sales, marketing, and business development at NJGEC. This includes client engagement, assessments, and satisfaction. He is an experienced energy management consultant with a strong work ethic and dedication to company goals. He works with businesses as an independent, unbiased, and transparent client advocate.
Bob’s passion for renewable energy attracted him to solar sales, where he met business partner, Ray Perry. Together they developed and launched the NJGEC business model. He is directly responsible for all sales, building and managing a strong independent sales team.
Bob is a seasoned and award-winning sales professional and a passionate leader with a proven track record. His background includes 31 years in the entertainment industry, helping launch and develop the careers of some of today’s biggest recording artists.
